About the event
As winter holds us in it's grip come and immerse yourself in song to nourish and replenish.
We'll spend some time softening our bodies in preparation for singing, exploring the voice as a living instrument, and finding deep relaxation.
Expect plenty of wintery songs and harmonies, as well as a chance to see what your own voice and creativity has to offer as we weave some sponataneous sounds baskets together.
Bring a yoga mat/sheepskin, a blanket and a dish for a bring and share lunch.
