A full day singing workshop to explore voice and harmony singing. Sing songs to acknowledge a time of rest and regeneration in the land and in ourselves, and learn to prepare your body for a healthy voice.

About the event
Singing together is excellent for raising spirits, particularly through the colder and darker months. It regulates our bodies and minds and brings a sense of wellbeing.
During the day we will;
Stretch to release tension and learn to prepare our bodies for a healthy voice.
Vocal warm ups, breathing exercises and games to release those tricky feelings of self-consciousness.
Sing folk songs, nature songs and rounds to acknowledge winter as a time of rest and regeneration, both in the land and in ourselves. Many of these will be in two- and three-part harmony.
Circle singing and harmony humming.
